Baby confinement apparatus

I require some form of confinement apparatus for my 6 month old, any suggestions please?.

The only play pens I've seen appear to be large pig pens costing about £80+.

I have seen no folding ones, or anything more flat friendly, I was wondering if a cheap travel cot would do the job (like the red kite ones at Asda).

Are the pig pen ones the only ones on the market now?

The Baby Dan pig pen is really good, though Smile
We used a travel cot occasionally.

How about this - says for travel and play. Not sure how easy to get up and down but we were able to leave our similar one (a Graco) up.

Well he sleeps in a M&P travel cot but thats way to big and heavy to move around, it's about the same size as the sofa.

So it needs to be something cheap and lite, that hauck thing seams to be pretty much the same as the Red Kite same price too, do they really not make similar things as play pens, I mean they used to, my mum had one that looked like a lobster pot just sat on the floor with a padded base and had mesh sides that clipped up on bars.
