A traditional marraca style rattle?!

Does the above exist? My brother has given this item as a gift idea for my new nephew, cannot find one anywhere, any help appreciated!!

DP bought DD one of these last week off the pan pipe players in the local shopping centre, so they do exist, but not very helpful I know. Do you have a shop that does tye dye type clothing and wood carvings, they might have one ?

They are really hard to find but we got a weooden mini marraca from The Works a few years ago.

I bought DS some little wooden marracas from a local toy shop. Sorry I don;t know the brand but I've seen them in a few shops that do wooden toye.
