Can you find my a coffee table?

I need a small coffee-type table for the living room when we move house. But have so far drawn blanks when looking; albeit not done masses of searching yet as have conctentrated on other stuff.

Our living room will be quite modern. Cream walls and natural coloured carpets/curtains. Brown shabby-chic type sofa, a natural coloured Conran armchair, beech computer desk (which hides the computer when shut up), beech TV table and big plasma TV. Living room is L shaped so also houses the dinign room - table is an Itailian make - hard curved, kind of rectangular plastic table, with chrome legs - in white, which similar style chairs in a cream colour.

I now need a table to fit in with all that.

No idea of budget - depends what we see.

Any ideas?

no idea, buty your descriptions of your stuff sounds lovely.

We like it. Pretty modern, but all practical. Well - maybe not the natural coloured carpets. LOL Used to all laminate her in the apartment so carpeted dining area is a concern!

have you tried Habitat?

skinnycow · 22/09/2005 20:35

this is the one I want

actually Next do do some nice beech ones

Hulababy · 22/09/2005 20:37

Yes, nothing in Habitat. I saw a nice white plastic and chrome one in Mugi, but they don't sell it online and I am not likely to be going to leeds in near future.

I like this one but not sure how it would go with your other furniture:

Not sure how practical it would be with small kids either.

Reckon I need to have a looktomorrow whilst intown.

Have had some good buying tonight at least. Bought myself two standing lights from ocean - being delivered next week. And have found curtain poles and curtains. All with the help of my personal shopper aka fairydust
