I have just brought a Knorrtoy one, lovely and sturdy, converts from pram to pushchair, and handle can be turned around, so doll can face out or your DD.

It is on amazon uk for £68, i brought it off amazon.de for less including postage.

It is the twingo one and handle height is up to 92cm.
