New pocket sprung mattress has developed 'dips' - any experience?

It's an individual pocket sprung mattress, which was delivered Thursday. DH and I slept in it Thursday and Friday, when I noticed its previously flat surface has developed dips from where we've been laying.

Is this normal? Any similar experiences?
