My dd1 (4) has one and she and dd2 (2) love it.

It sort of reminds me of little wind up toys we used to get as stocking fillers but of course battery operated.

It just bumbles around making cute noises and if it comes to an obstacle it turns around and goes a different direction.

We don't have any of the accessories that go with it though.

My dd had 2 last Christmas and they didn't even last the day. They still made the noises but stopped moving.

We have ours since May, still going strong. You have to make sure the wheels don't get caught up with hair/fibres.

Toys R Us was doing them a bit cheaper than other shops last week if that helps. The original batteries don't last long but once replaced they work brilliantly.

My DDs love theirs! They make little homes for them and use a hula hoop as an enclosure. You don't need to spend a fortune on accessories. Furreal frenzies are just as good.

somebody bought dd one in the summer and i've actually bought her another one for christmas as she loves it so much.

My DC are mad about them. They are 8yo (DD) and 6yo (DS).

They build little lego houses for them, and make up stories around them. I came in to find bowls of cheese cut up "for the hamsters" the other day.

We don't have a lot of the accessories, the DC have improvised. A fried of DD uses her beautiful dolls house to keep them in.
