What is all that about then? Has anyone tried them? Are they the latest rip-off that guillible women with more money than sense will purchase or do they really work?

m +S sell a version of them... can not see them being that great as the articile on the web site did not have a conclusive outcome that everyone lost inches and cellulite... 1/2cm is not really that much is it....

"A number of people who have worn these tights have definitely noticed a reduction in the circumference of their thighs"

So that could be 2 people then...?

"But initial results suggest that it could be roughly a third of people who get a noticeable reduction in thigh circumference"

If 6 people were tested, still 2 people with reduction.

These people could have been exercising at the same time.

Nearly £9 a pair, that can be washed 5 times each... So, £26.90 for 3 weeks worth of tights (based on that I wash my tights with each wear or they are very stinky, and only wearing mon-fri). That is also assuming that you're not like me and ladder them within 2 seconds of wearing.

Methinks you need to have silly amounts of money and no sense.

Caffine increases the metabolism of the legs - oh please! I would say gingerbear that, yes, they are the latest rip-off that gullible women with more money than sense will purchase. Imho they can definitely guarantee that you will lose at least 26 pounds

Barmy! Who comes up with these products??
I found the link when I was looking for magic knickers. Trinny and Suzanna and Bridget Jones have a lot to answer for - lots of places have sold out of MK's. I will nip down to M&S for some.

D'ya think it would work if you just rubbed coffee on your legs?

Oooh, or stick on those caffeine strips you can get!

MrsSpoon · 21/09/2005 14:07

Can I not just bung some ground coffee down the legs of my normal tights?

Would drinking the coffee have the same effect??? Probably not as there usually has to be a chunk of something chocolate to go with it.

MrsSpoon · 21/09/2005 14:08

LOL FS, great minds!

hornbag · 21/09/2005 14:33

MrsSpoon · 21/09/2005 14:37

LOL, I read somewhere the other day that vast coffee consumption is a sign of an eating disorder, hmmmm...
