Can anyone recommend a good yoga DVD?

Barbara Currie has lots of dvds,shes an oldy but goodie!!However do be careful,you can really hurt yourself if not adopting a correct pose-a yoga teacher walks around th eclass cecking everyone is in the correct position.

was going to suggest barbara currie aswell. power of yoga has a couple of ten minute sessions on it which made a huge difference to my wobbly tum when i did it regularly. was v chuffed with results of just 10 mins per day

BArbara Currie's The Seven Secrets of Yoga, or Powerpacked Yoga. THe nicest thing is that it comes divided in small 10 min sessions, I used it for a time (instead of heading to the fridge when I felt like comfort eating ) I stoped by the living room and did 10 mins, several times a day. Much easier than getting a complete hour of me time with a baby in tow
