Thanks for the tip off SamnboM - have managed to get two Maisy grobags for the winter. I nearly brought them three nights ago when the sale wasn't on, that was lucky!!!!

Lubu · 17/08/2003 00:21

Sorry I mean SamboM

codswallop · 17/08/2003 21:59

fisil · 18/08/2003 09:03

Me too - I hope I didn't take the last Maisy one and blue check one from you!

codswallop · 18/08/2003 09:11

ds1 decided maisy too girly for his ds3!

Rebi · 18/08/2003 10:53

I think you should be on commission Sambom! I have ordered a Maisy one also!

kaz33 · 18/08/2003 14:52

I got two - one for my new neice and one for DS2. Saved loads..

Munchk2n · 18/08/2003 16:20

If you enter code CHFP53 you get free P&P

Davros · 20/08/2003 12:40

Thanks SO much for P&P code. I was going to order from Mothercare as I'm getting stuff there anyway and paying P&P twice would have meant not much saving in the sale. Have now ordred two direct from Grobag.

Rebi · 20/08/2003 12:45

The code for postage was too late for me! Story of my life!

But I am impressed as having only ordered on Monday the parcel has arrive this morning. Excellent service!

Well I've just had a crap grobag experience.

I too got an email about the sale, brought and paid for 2 betsy bunny grobags. Yesterday 2 organic shawls turn up. I call they say send back the shawls, we'll send the grobags express they will be with you tomorrow...hung around all day waiting (Ok I know there isn't really anywhere for me to go in my condition ). Just got off the phone. They have no betsy bunnies left, never sent a bloody package. I can have a different grobag but have to pay the difference (which works out as £15 MORE) or a refund.

Refund will be issued tomorrow...and not one apology, honestly not one.

ninja · 20/08/2003 19:36

Have been ob Kiddicare.com - the grobags are very cheap there too - so it's worth comparing

pie · 29/08/2003 18:28

I never complain to companies and stuff...but I guess being married to an American has rubbed off.

DH was really peeved at the way Grobag had messed us around, so I wrote and said how disappointed I was with their customer service...they gave us a full refund and 2 grobags for FREE!!!!

I'm gonna start writing complaint letters to everyone.

Davros · 31/08/2003 09:28

I got my lovely sale-price grobags very quickly, exactly what I had ordered. Can someone tell me though, why is the zip upside down? I'm sure its a stupid question but I haven't had grobags before, I had a mothercare one but didn't like the "braces" type straps whcih got in my baby's face.

MichelleM · 31/08/2003 10:54

SamboM & Munchk2n

Thanks a million for your posts. I have just ordered 2 babygros at fantastic prices, along with free P&P. Good on you both!

Davros - apparently the zips are upside down to make it harder for older children to undo them, and also so that baby doesnt lie on zip if rolls over.
