Who do these people think their customers are? Has anyone tried buying from their call centre? Each time I have called with the intention to get more information before buying a product I have been kept on the phone for times varying from 1 hour to 30 minutes.When I have finally tried to disconnect I have found that on trying to dial another number I am still stuck on their system
The service is appalling, once I was told that they could not answer my query because they were just handling the queue.
Are they understaffed and run by slave drivers?
Do they assume that mothers have nothing better to do than sit on a telephone line?
I am really sorry that I have bought one of their products and need the extras that they cynically do not include with the main part.

Why don't you just go in the shop and ask, you can order anything in there, they have a tonne of stuff round the back they don't stock on the shelves anyway.

(just as well seeing as when I wanted to order stuff off the website it wouldn't accept my credit card or debit card, wouldn't accept my fiances cards as well, Capital one, Natwest and Abby cards nothing wrong with em and no else one has a problem with em).

Agree the wait on their customer service line is appalling and they have given me conflicting information in the past. Also they messed me around on in stock and out of stock information. Finally I have everything I ordered but never again! Also Ryoko not everyone has a shop nearby.
