Who do these people think their customers are? Has anyone tried buying from their call centre? Each time I have called with the intention to get more information before buying a product I have been kept on the phone for times varying from 1 hour to 30 minutes.When I have finally tried to disconnect I have found that on trying to dial another number I am still stuck on their system
The service is appalling, once I was told that they could not answer my query because they were just handling the queue.
Are they understaffed and run by slave drivers?
Do they assume that mothers have nothing better to do than sit on a telephone line?
I am really sorry that I have bought one of their products and need the extras that they cynically do not include with the main part.
