I think T,C,S jars are naff! Sorry SS! Some simple chrome/wood jars with a window to see what's inside is far less naff!

SleepySuzy · 13/09/2005 10:45

Hmm, I did wonder that, actually, only thing is, we don't have anything else in chrome in the kitchen.

What colour is your kitchen-have you seen the lovely pale blue china ones ala Jamie or Nigella I think?

SleepySuzy · 13/09/2005 10:48

It's mainly white, but the carpet is blue. (none of this my choice, rented house, but very nice)

Need to spend my vouchers, I'm skint!

Go for the middle ones then-not too naff really!!

dropinthe · 13/09/2005 10:49

The last ones are just too country cottagy and are VVVV naff!

SleepySuzy · 13/09/2005 10:50

I agree, with both those choices!

Ok, dd and I are getting our coats on, any other opinions before I go? And I'll try not to give in and go next door for dummies!

top one is the best out of your choice IMO. I've got brabantia ones. Argos has some, no. 840/2909 which are rather nice.

SleepySuzy · 13/09/2005 10:54

these?

dropinthe · 13/09/2005 10:55

I like!

SleepySuzy · 13/09/2005 10:56

So do I add lots of chrome to my mainly white kitchen - will it work?

OP posts:
Kelly1978 · 13/09/2005 10:56

yep, I really like those ones. Mine don't have the windows, those are nicer than mine.

dropinthe · 13/09/2005 10:56

I've changed my mind-I think the first ones are best-sorry!

Kelly1978 · 13/09/2005 10:57

yeah defo. I had a white bfast bar, and it looks so nice with chrome. It's surprising how well it works.

SleepySuzy · 13/09/2005 11:03

Ohhhh!!! Now what do I do? Is chrome hard to keep clean? Do I go for the chrome? Do I go for the white?

If u get chrome just need to get an ecloth, then it's nice and easy to keep clean. Just scrub then buff up with the cloth.

If you have a white kitchen, and you get white things, it is all going to blend a bit too much.

Plus white can go all yellowy in a kitchen.
Can you tell I don't like white things in a kitcehn much!

SleepySuzy · 13/09/2005 11:11

Thanks
