I've got to order some paint for our playgroup.
They have been using 500ml bottles from a cheap source (council stores).
I can get 5L bottles from somewhere else for a little less.
They mainly use primary colours and encourage the children to mix their own colours.
These should be used used in a year or less.
But the playworkers also want some black, white and possibly brown paint too -but they will only use this for odd things...maybe will take a couple of years to use 5L.
I like the idea of less packaging...and storage isn't a problem
So does ready mixed paint go off? Any one had any problems with buying in such large quantities?
(If I buy 500 ml bottles as well from the 5L supplier it would cost the same as getting all 500ml bottles from the cheap supplier...)
