I am soooooo mad. Bought a fridge freezer from Comet, DH waited in until 2.30pm when DS and I got home then it arrived at 3pm.

DS was creating and I was trying to sign for it and sort him out. At 5pm when I looked inside two of the holders are broken. I can't believe it. This is the second one we have had in two months, the first didn't work and defrosted all of my food.

I have no paper work it we bought it online and the docs haven't arrived yet. I have rung them, well, that made me even madder. Automated system and I didn't get to speak to a human. They shut at 6pm.

I could cry, I am so mad and upset at wasting time and now space as this 'thing' is in the middle of my small kitchen.

Sorry for ranting but DH is at work and it doesn't seem fair to drain down at him when his hands are tied till he can get away about midnight.

I know have Guides for 2 hours, they had better behave

Hate Comet - never forgiven them for cock ups when we first bought a flat 15 years ago ! Fridge freezer was delayed and when it arrived not the one we wanted as that one had been discontinued but they'd never thought ot tell us, so had to send back and order different one from elsewhere. Cooker was supposed to be supplied new and also got delayed, we declined the display model and waited for one which was supposed to be new only for it to be shop soiled ex-display.

Vowed never to use them again even though we evetually got a refund for the fridge and some money back as a goodwill gesture for the cooker since by then we were so desperate that we kept the shop soiled cooker. Me, hold grudges ....

Sorry that rant doesn't really help you much . Sympathies, it doesn't sound as if they've made much improvement to Customer Service over the past 15 years.

Hi, My DS is coming up to six months and I am just thinking about purchasing a high chair, need one that doesn't take up too much space as we are very limited and also not too expensive. Any recommendations? Thanx
