Sorry if this topic has been covered before. Has anyone had difficulty with getting a refund from Mamas and Papas? I am feeling very disenchanted - I've been left hanging on the phone to them for 40 minutes (while a disembodied voice murmured in my ear how much they valued their customers) and sent emails which weren't even acknowledged, until at last eliciting a very unhelpful "soon, soon" response.
I wondered if anyone else had encountered really poor customer service from them, in particular in relation to refunds?
I must admit I am really regretting buying from them now - I thought they were a big reliable company with good customer service?
