Can I bung my new Kaloo bear into the washing machine?

Instructions say no.

Stinks of chemicals though and a hand-wash hasn't shifted the pong.

Don't want to have forked out 15 quid and then ruin in though.

Advice please!

i find ANYTHING made of material (clothes / teddys / shoes) is fine in the washing machine (use a delicate ahnd wash if in doubt but most are fine on a normal cycle)

ANYTHING plastic is ok in dishwasher (including tes set cups / bath toys / lego bricks etc!)

these rules havnt failed me yet

Our Kaloo bear has been washed and washed and it does lose a bit of colour and fluffiness but you so need to be able to wash them. You need to tumble dry it to get it all fluffy and cuddly again.
