Baby doll w/out stereotypes

Maybe I am looking for the impossible, but I'd love to find a baby doll for my little girl that is not all dressed in pink or blue.

buy a naked one and make clothes for it?

Too much work I'm afraid, plus I don't know how to sew :S

just buy a standard one and then dress it in newborn baby clothes from charity shop.
