baby perfume

would like to know ur veiws on baby perfume as i dont see the big problem with it as its a scent and most babystuff is scented and people against baby perfume use those,its not harmfull so whats the problem??? am i the only one that thinks its ok ?? :S

I think you probably are, yes.

Do babies care whether they smell of perfume? Tis completely unneccesary and could cause allergies. The world is going mad.

Babies should smell of freshly laundered baby-gros and soap. Also poo and sicky milky burps. If covered in perfume how can you whiff them baby bums?

I'm not against them but personally don't like them. Though I like the smell of my toddler when he's just been bathed and shampooed. In the Philippines, where I come from, Johnsons do wee bottles of baby cologne and they seem to be popular. Sold in all supermarkets, department stores and drugstores. Lots of different scents to choose from.

Why would you want to put perfume on your DC?

In Spain it is normal for babies/ small children to wear cologne. It's not really perfume though.
Don't really have much of a view tbh. I use Kiehls toiletries on DD because it smells of new born baby which has sadly worn off.

It's common in France too. Still don't get why you'd want to do it though!
