I'm the first one to complain about pants customer service but have had the most fantastic experience. Our Phillips Sonicare toothbrush has just died, less than two years old but we have lost receipt.
Rang customer services and they are sending me a new one free of charge - no hassle - just like that

And the pay off for them - any other small electricals I buy in future will be from them. Why don't more companies recognise that?
