Just read about this - may be other schemes as this was on a suppliers website

Hackney Council has started a £51 cash back scheme. The money can either be used to reimburse the costs of buying nappies for those who want to launder their own, or against the cost of a nappy laundering service.

Islington Council are now offering offer £35 cash back on the first purchase of real nappies and an extra £16 for a further purchase after the child?s first birthday.

West sussex county council give you free nappies...

i think its 2 mother ease one size and 3 motherease snadys and a couple of smallish wraps... and a 'wet bag' thing!

all worth having for FREE, but you must register before baby is 4 months old...

then there are a few money back things... where leath visitor signs and something like borth / 6 months and a year to confirm you ARE using washables and get a voucher as well!
