autotrader etiquette

what is the etiquette for going to see a car that you've seen off autotrader? Can you go for a test drive? Do they expect you to buy it there and then (often says no time wasters), do you pay by bankers draft? Can you do a second viewing? Is it ok for AA to check it out?

I'm just selling my car on there. Test drive yes, but take all of your driving license and insurance docs with you. I'd expect a reasonably clear yes or no on the spot, unless there was something about my car you had to balance against something specfic on another car you were booked to see.
Payment in cash or bank transfer. I'd only expect a 2nd viewing if you were bringing someone knowledgeable with you to check over, but would expect money to change hands at the end of that. Yes to the AA

I read somewhere you can tell if it's a dodgy salesman rather than A N Other selling one car by saying when you phone up "Hi, I"m calling about the car"
If they ask "which one?? "then you know it's someone in the trade.
Whereas Mr Bloggs in the street will say, "yes, it's still for sale" or similar
I don't know about AA checks etc
Good luck
