No, you have to check out again though. You only get charged once -I often amend mine 3 or 4 times and I've never been over charged.You should get a confirmation email with the amended list and price. HTH.

so even though ive already 'checked out' they wont actually take any money from me until no more amending can be done?

Sorry for the delay! They don't take the payment til they have done your shopping -it will depend on how much any loose fruit/veg costs, what offers are on;etc.
I normally see my payment come out a few hours before my shopping is delivered.
