Is there one? also he's only 2.8 but loves to go to bed with a book which is a fab habit to get into. It's soon going to be too dark outside for him to are anything but I don't want the light to be bright for too long. Any ideas?

I use a plug timer to turn mine off at a set time

Would rather one that fades really. Does one exist?!

I'm looking for one too....

My DS (2.3Y) also likes to look at books but won't go to sleep with it on, so having it go out (even by a timer) leads to him kicking off.

I have a sunrise lamp from a company called Inside Out. It's actually to help with SAD and getting up on dark mornings, but it also has a fade down function, and you can set it to fade out over 30, 60 or 90 minutes.

i have the babytec one but it fades quite quickly (a minute or less) so probably won't work for this.
