It hasnt been dropped or ill treated. Just turned on and screen totally white and not responding to buttons.
Taken out battery for a while and replaced it - no joy. Haven't taken SIM card out because I can't.
I understand this is a common problem. Has anyone else rectified it themselves???? Will take it to TMobile shop tomorrow as it's less than 6 months old so therefore under warranty but just dont particularly want to be phoneless if I can help it
