My stone age mobile phone and I need to be coaxed into the 21st century. Please help.

The only mobile I've ever owned is about to give up the ghost and I need to replace it. I want something that's easy to use, won't make me a mugger's target (i.e no Iphone4) and has a good camera on it. I'm not fussed about surfing the net on my phone but I guess it would be useful to be able to email on it. I'm currently on vodaphone pay as you go and don't want to be tied into any contracts. I also want to be able to keep my number.

Does anyone have any advice/recommendations about what I should go for?

Am off to bed but want to get a new phone tomorrow so would be really grateful for recommendations.

If you want a decent camera, I think one of the Sony Ericsson Cybershot series phones is probably the way to go.
