Please can anyone point me in the direction of where I can get a Zafira for £8-9,000 which has got shoulder straps on all seats and isn't a million miles away (we're in Medway, Kent). We've looked around very locally but none yet have quite what we want. We have seen an 03 one, but it didn't have a shoulder belt in the middle seat, so I'm assuming it must be the later (is it 53?) models from 2003 that have them.

Did you see that Peckarollover thread about car delivery, I think that was a Zafira?

There may be something useful on it...it wasn't very long ago...

Yes - was following that one, but am a little nervous of having one delivered though - what happens in the event of a problem if it's come from miles away? Can't believe we've been looking for almost that long and are still driving around in our old car!
Wonder if Pecka's has been ok?

Have you tried Autotrader online?

Only one there Tallulah - a little over budget - but nice. Will have a look on Autotrader.

Anyone recommend any of the car supermarkets?

Would not recommend the car supermarket in north London, unfortunately cannot remember what it was called. They lied to me about the airbag and child seats - went away and came back saying they had phoned the manufacturer to check, stupidly I trusted them. Tried to check myself and found out manufaturer's were shut that day, when confronted before final payment and pick up, was told will get full refund but that took nearly one month to get - over £2000 they had the interest on.

Yep, I used the one in North London too & they were pretty terrible. Messed me around for yonks & had to threaten to pull out of the deal (after many angry phone calls to them!) before I finally got my car. Glad I insisted on getting an RAC inspection done first - the work needed cost twice as much as the cost of the inspection & the car supermarket had to pay for it as I'd bought the car "subject to RAC inspection". Their own inspection didn't pick any of this up.....it was crap. And beware of the extra warranty.....it's pretty worthless & you MUST get your car serviced within 500 miles of the designate mileage inspection i.e. for a 9000 mile inspection, if you leave it till 9501 miles your warranty is invalid !

Oh, I've just looked up the name of the car supermarket in North London - it was the Great Trade Centre.
