slightly kitsch, possibly elegant, certainly interesting TEAPOT and china mugs. anyone want to help?

my mum would like to buy me something a bit more special than usual for my upcoming 40th (eek) birthday. as we have a lovely teapot on its benders and a rubbish eclectic collection of mugs, mostly procured while we were students it struck me that I'd actually really like 4 nice china mugs and a nice new tea pot. something flowery perhaps but not too cath kidston. certainly not emma bridgewater. maybe birds or butterflies. a bit curtain-like perhaps. something not necessarliy instantly recognisable. I quite like this but I'm not asking my mum to shell out £21 for a mug...
