Has anyone tried a changing mat with harness

My 8 month old never keeps still and it is getting near impossible to change her nappy, she constantly rolls over and moves about. I have tried the changing mat with wedges for sides and that doesn't help. I have seen on amazon changing mats with a harness and was wondering if anyone had tried them. Any advice from mums with a similar problem would be greatly appreciated.

I used one of these with my very wriggly daughter (and before anyone says, oh just change on the floor - I have really bad knees and can't kneel down!). Have to say it was a godsend, only needed to use the straps for a while and then she seemed to get the idea and I only needed to use them occasionally (often with a warning of 'do you want to get strapped down?' being enough to make her stay still!)
Definitely worth the money imo

Oh, meant to add, they are pretty big (both long and wide) and wouldn't fit easily onto my changing table - but did with a bit of brute force!
