My 7 m.o. DS is rolling and sitting (although he still falls over relatively frequently). He spends a lot of time happily playing on our kitchen floor while I MN do housework. It's a hard stone floor so I have one of <a class="break-all" href="http://www.google.co.uk/imgres?imgurl=images.esellerpro.com/2152/I/159/29/medLife_EVA_0199.gif&imgrefurl=www.xs-stock.co.uk/products/amh0199-36pc-eva-soft-foam-floor-mat-alphabet-number-puzzle-new.html&usg=__2QoGAYzFrSmgIYxkafWyUrtbw1k=&h=300&w=300&sz=45&hl=en&start=0&sig2=85HEV6Ryrip_4zG9pxlg8Q&tbnid=mT5rafgh-RTyYM:&tbnh=114&tbnw=120&ei=gtNqTMCaNcnuObex-I8B&prev=/images%3Fq%3Dalphabet%2Bfoam%2Bfloor%2Bmat%26um%3D1%26hl%3Den%26sa%3DN%26biw%3D1276%26bih%3D599%26tbs%3Disch:1&um=1&itbs=1&iact=hc&vpx=411&vpy=278&dur=1609&hovh=225&hovw=225&tx=145&ty=127&oei=gtNqTMCaNcnuObex-I8B&esq=1&page=1&ndsp=24&ved=1t:429,r:10,s:0" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">these foam mats down to stop him bashing his head.
Looking at it in the shop it says from age 3+ and I can see why - DS is always trying to chew it and I think it's becoming a bit of a hazard. What can I use as an alternative, or should I just be less pfb and let him roll around on the tiles?
