Mothercare microwave steriliser - does anybody have the instructions?

I've lost the instructions for the mothercare microwave steriliser and can't remember how much water to put in and how long to microwave it for. Can anybody help please?

200ml of water
microwave up to and including 750w full power 8 mins, 800w-950w full power 6 minutes, 1000w and above full power 4 minutes
