I was thinking of buying thiss as typically my washing machine has given up the ghost a few days into the annual six week holiday

I got my washing machine from them, no problems.

oh good It was the cheap price, free next day delivery and only £9.99 for recycling that did it tbh

Glad you have both had good experiences

I've had a couple of things from them and had very good service. I was pleasantly surprised compared with the grudging service you get from the likes of Argos and Comet.

Yes, my FF came from them, no problems at all.

I have just bought a washer-dryer from them, though they haven't managed to deliver it yet!

Despite me clearly stating on the delivery instructions when I ordered that we live in a second floor flat with no lift (there were questions about this on the website), and DP confirming with them on the phone that it was two flights of stairs with no lift, the delivery man arrived, took one look at the stairs and said he couldn't deliver it The man I spoke to at the call centre then gave me some bollocks about how the delivery man will only carry something up 15 steps, and we had 21.

We shall see if they manage any better when they redeliver it tomorrow.
