I was actually taught how to do this the other day..with a proper 'exercise' hula hoop, if you please, and I LOVED IT!!
I hula hooped for about two hrs in the end with dc who also loved it. I guess it's good for you. I was quite achey next day so I think it did something.
Of course now I want one (and dc do too!!). A proper one mind not a cheapy toy one (oooh noo!) I had no idea there was actually a difference until I had a go. Does anyone else do this at all for fun/fitness.
Dc have had lightweight toy ones before, but the weight of a proper one makes so much difference. I could actually hula when I always thought I couldn't.
