New Brother/Sister for 20mth old need specific pram

I am looking for the smallest possible tandem pushchair which can also integrate a car seat i.e. tandem travel system. So desperate can anyone help? mothercares pheonix doesnt have the car seat any more and is too big for my boot. Help?

phil and teds has a travel system adapter now but you would need to weight down the front with weights.
