Man here, NCd for this.
I’m in a new relationship with someone and we have had sex on a number of occasions over 3 weeks.
Something very unusual for me is that she wants to cum only through PIV, with me inside her, and simultaneously.
I have prostate cancer, and although silendafil means I have no problem getting and staying hard I can’t necessarily orgasm. On a few occasions I’ve not been able to cum, and it means my partner cannot as well. When do I cum, it’s an instant trigger for her to cum too. If I don’t, then she doesn’t.
She told me early on that she needs quite a lot of foreplay first, but (measuring against my past partners) she doesn’t.
In my past relationships simultaneous orgasm were very rare. In only one long-term relationship, where we were very attuned to each other, would we cum together and then she would go on to have multiple orgasms (but not me!).
In the majority of my relationships, which have been generally long-term and so we were used to how our bodies worked, sex was a case of me giving my partners orgasms by fingering or orally, then I would have mine by PIV.
I’m delighted with my new partner, and I’ve complimented her on what a good lover she is. But I don’t really want to get into the details of why she is with her as I would not want to get into our respective histories which might go down the road of comparisons.
I’ve always thought simultaneous orgasms were a kind of rare holy grail. Can women comment on this?
