Too wet

Noticing more and more that I’m not enjoying sex as I’m just too wet. I do have a cloth nearby to ‘dry off’ a bit but it’s ridiculous. I’m on HRT (not using pessarys as worried will make it worse) any helpful tips? DH does usually spend time giving me oral every time we do have sex but even if he skips it I’m still soaking.

I hate this too! Before HRT I was too dry and the hot sweats etc. I have found less foreplay obviously makes this less of an issue but that comes with it's own issues! Hopefully someone will post the answer for us both :-)

Is there such a thing as too wet, has DH said anything. Would think that he would love it

I don’t think it bothers him too much but there’s not enough friction for me, also the squelching!

Do you get just as wet solo? Have you tried doing that first to see if less wet during sex

Not a definitive answer but might help if you find it too wet....I've found time of day makes a difference. Early morning seems to be slightly silkier and thicker. Have you experimented with first thing, rather than last thing at night?

Can you spend less time on foreplay?

I've been on HRT for a lot of years, and it's a side effect for me. I don't see it as a problem though - my partner and I love it.🤷‍♀️
