How can I find a genuine, down to earth couple on Fabswingers?

I joined fabswingers a few days ago and was wondering how best is it to find a nice normal couple that is down to earth? I managed to find out how to filter out single men as I was getting 100s of messages. It feels people on there just want something quick and over with

Assuming you're a female, then you're a unicorn and have a degree of power. But, it's a long game on there! I've found some, but it can be very transactional. Also, a lot of couples I think like the idea, the chat, but they don't see it through. Look for ones with verifications, that shows they actually meet.

Me and my wife are on Fab as a couple and have honestly found it dire of late; fakes, flakes and dreamers are in abundance. We don't have a lot of free time and we have some good chat's with people who disappear in a puff of smoke if we can't meet at a moment's notice.

Sorry I am moaning about Fab there rather than helping answer your question. Looking for Veris is a good start but we have also started asking for a call or a video call earlier on just to make sure there are two halves of a couple. If you check the forums there are periodic group social meetups that are a good way to meet people and it will just be in a pub or bar so nothing beyond a social drink.

Finally worth mentioning are swinger's clubs, they are a great way to chat to couples and get a feel for personality before going any further. I appreciate that might sound a bit daunting but we have found after the initial nerves its been a great way to meet people.

Thanks! I would still love to meet a couple but I ended up deleting fab as it was like you said. My biggest issue was saying I wanted to make a long term connection and friendship and then they would immediately want to know when I can meet despite me being a single mum etc. plus a lot of them were a dom/sub dynamic which I don’t like

I'd second this! We've met a lovely single lady who we have now formed a sexy friendship with. It has been a numbers game though. We do have a Ds element to our relationship but it definitely isn't a pre-requisite! We aren't 'over the top' with it either - this is potentially what is putting you off some couples. Look for profiles which don't just talk about what sex they are looking for. Looking for ones that mentions their hobbies, interests or wider life. These are couples who don't just want the experience of sex with a third :) Say what you are looking for on your profile too - in and out of the bedroom.
