Ladies, i've struggled for a number of years now with a very low sex drive. It's virtually non-existent! We have two children and it seemingly dropped off after the birth of my eldest (now 11 yrs). I have tried gels, toys and even maca root as I read that can help but nothing seems to work :( I also recognise that I am overweight, and am back in the gym now and I know exercise can help boost hormones so hopefully I will see some improvement. I just thought I would reach out to others before I seek GP advice. Thanks all!

Sorry, I can’t tell if you’re a woman or man?

If you’re a woman, this is normal when you have young children, for some women. Men tend not to, but not always, be affected as much as women during this phase.

It’s actually the opposite for me and my DH, I don’t get it nearly enough 😂.

Maybe a GP visit will help rule out other causes, such as those caused by hormones etc.

Get a blood test just to see what’s going on physically. Do you have a partner? Are you attracted to him?
