Hi, I’ve been seeing a fella for a while who has never had a blow job. He’s quite, um, girthy (lucky me!) and I’m worried that when I give him a blow job, he’ll come into contact with my teeth. I am extremely low on experience of receiving blow jobs! However, what I can say is that the head of the penis can be extremely sensitive (to teeth and other things) but further down the shaft, not so much. And, of course, not all penises have the same degree of sensitivity.

I've been with some guys that were girthy and the best thing is to make it sloppy from the start. The more wet it is, the less he will feel your teeth. And I think playing with your tongue, like rubbing the underside of his penis when it's in your mouth, or touching his balls, also helps. If he enjoys that, he won't notice your teeth. I haven't received any complaints about mine. I hope it works for you too!

I'm going to go against the grain here, and don't object to teeth being used, either accidentally or on purpose. Obviously the head is more sensitive so need to be more gentle than on the shaft, but it's not a definite no from me. He may be the same, so it might be worth a gentle try.
