Yes I orgasm (for real) when I’m sleeping/dreaming if I haven’t for a while. It’s interesting as I guess it means technically I can cum without touching myself (but then so can men). Odd!

I haven't that I know about but my husband does get wet dreams now and again. Sometimes he has woken up during or just after the orgasm but other times he hasn't and doesn't remember an orgasm but he has definitely cum in his underwear.

Yes I suppose it's similar to a wet dream in a man. Never known it happen to DP though, and his sex drive was really high when we were younger (I've overtaken him now I'm in my 40s haha!)

Since having my babies I also sleep with a pillow between my legs so maybe that's helped things along?

Yup. I had a fair few dream orgasms before I was even sexually active so they weren't coming from experience/memory! I've asked my husband about getting wet dreams a few times, as sometimes he has woken up quite soon after but other times not. I've heard him a few times groaning a little while he is still asleep that we think is probably the point when he starts to have his orgasm.
