Use the Opera web browser. It has a built in VPN which you can turn on or off so you can appear to be in the UK when you're online shopping or (eg) the US when you want to avoid age verification.

Set up an account with Xhamster -you will have to remember your login and password and not save it to your computer.
Then don't use the suggested app to verify your age and use the option to have your picture taken. This isn't saved apparently but I made an effort to disguise myself anyway! I rearranged my hair and put a pair of glasses on whilst laughing about how ridiculous it was that I was doing that.
