Libido gone walk about

I'm mid thirties female. Always had a high sex drive, but in the last 4-6 months it's disappeared. No impromptu waves of horniness, difficulty cumming, feeling aroused.
I was training for a very demanding sporting event but I did that 5 or 6 weeks ago and life is a lot more balanced now so not sure it's that.
I'm in a long distance relationship but the sex is dwindling fast. It doesn't help he has low testosterone at the moment and is waiting to start trt so I think has as little libido as I do so it just feels very lacklustre between us/like an obligation. I am free to see other women if I want but have had very little inclination to do so.
It's upsetting me as sex has always been important to me and never an issue, but going from someone who can cum from nipple play and have multiple orgasms to having to really concentrate and force a single orgasm is just soul destroying.
Have vaguely considered going for a yoni massage to see if that helps loosen me up as it were (but I'm not sure if sex is expected in return?!)
Not sure I can face going to the GP about it but posting here on the off chance anyone has anything useful to say (and I hope it goes without saying but no PM's offering to 'help' directly please!)

It may be that desire between you and your partner has dwindled which has plummeted your libido? I think sometimes for women ours can go into hibernation until we are lusting after someone!

Another thing to consider is what contraception you are using as this can affect things too
