This is one of several Threads about this on either the Sex or Relationship sections. One of my observations is that many women fancy the 'idea' of sleeping with another woman. But don't make an effort to meet someone like minded. I know of two who did. One met a smart woman at the Gym/Spa. It sounded quite upmarket. (Neutral comment). Another got in touch with a group of Bi women on Bumble. I met someone at a party/event. We are not common but there are Bi women everywhere in all classes.
You have to put some effort into it. You have to 'chat her up' suggest a date, you have to tell them what you are seeking. You have to risk that they might not fancy you even if they are Bi.
Decide if you are content to keep it a dream; one woman told me she just wants to enjoy erotic stories about women. Others enjoyed the softness of feminine physical contact the affection and the comfort.
