Embarrassing masturbation question TMI

Ok, here goes. I'm in my 50's and have always been sexually active along with masturbating. Married for a long time, with rubbish sex and since then have FWB.
Issue is.... why do I feel like I'm wetting myself when I masturbate (lying on my back), yet thankfully during intercourse this doesn't happen? This happens even if my bladder is quite empty.
I'm really flummoxed!

@BCBird Yes, but I don't think it's that. It's just a gush of wee when coming up to climax.

Try breathing through the climax rather than holding breath/tensing up. My Mrs started weeing when having an orgasm via the clitoris because it was just so intense she was basically pushing it out without realising. Could be that? X
