I'm 53 and been on HRT for a while. I found that it helped with other symptoms of menopause, but unfortunately my libido stayed very low. It declined from when I was about 46 and eventually became non-existent. I have only been on it for a month and I have found that my libido has shot through the roof. I'm actually thinking about sex a few times each day, and noticing men who I would consider to be fit/attractive when I'm out. A man who looked about 30 smiled at me today, and I noticed I was feeling a bit spicy just from that. Have also been noticing that I tend to feel horny after doing exercise. I am single and haven't actually had sex for 4 years. I'm enjoying the libido boost while it lasts. I am wondering if anyone has experienced similar just from using the gel.
