They are heavily marketing towards the discerning gentleman.

Can I hijack this thread and ask if I should buy one? My wife is in hospital and the NHS are going to supply her with a hospital bed at home, so she is comfortable. Would one of these lights mean I could share with her?

(I am not serious; she is in too much pain for either of us to think about having sex).
I suspect the manufactures would try to sell me one or even two lights
