When he ejaculates

So until I started trying to conceive I’ve always used condoms (tried the pill but it made me feel horrible). I thought that I would “feel/experience” when he ejaculates inside, but I just don’t feel anything. I can feel him but I thought I’d feel ‘something’ more. I just thought there would be more to it. Is this normal?

Once while hubby and I were on holiday, we were having anal sex, I remember it being a particularly hot session, he came inside me and I actually felt the semen spurt, he said he felt something different that day to like it was splashing against something. It was a one off and has never happened again.

According to an article in yahoo life:

Since the G-Spot is on the clitoris, it is possible that the ejaculation could be felt during anal sex.

That makes a lot of sense, my best and most intense orgasms are from anal and a vibrator on my clit at the same time.
