Soreness

Hello everyone. I’ve been trying to conceive for over four months but I’m really struggling with soreness down there. It’s meant we’ve had to keep pausing so I can recover and this is really frustrating. We’ve tried lube and while this helps during, it doesn’t really help afterwards.

Grateful for advice.

Check for infection!

Make an appointment with your doctor. Doesn't sound good.

How often are you doing it?
It doesn't have to be every day

Like one or two times a day, depending on our schedule and my cycle

It's recommended to let the guy have a few days (3 or 4) to build up some quality some between trying. You may just be doing it too often.

3 or 4 days is too long to wait. A woman only has around 4 fertile days of the cycle so you would be wasting those days. Personally speaking I went for daily or ar least every other day and that never failed.

Completely appreciate that the cycle is short. The key part is that they are in the best condition just prior to that.

Go to a ttc (trying to conceive) board for advice. But that's too often, once a day in fertile time is enough.
