Feel embarrassed asking this but don't have anyone to ask irl.

Me & DP have been together about 14 years. 3 DC 11, 8 & 3.

Have sex about 3-4 times a week but the issue is, the past 2 or 3 times we have I can't 'feel' him. Can feel a finger, can feel that it's there but can't feel it INSIDE if that makes sense?

I dont think there's any tightness issues defo not anything to do with size but just can't find much on it when I google other than estrogen level issues.

We are both early 30s. Any advice welcome.

Have you tried positions that provide deeper penetration? I have PCOS which affects my hormones in a variety of ways. Sex usually has to be on the rougher and deeper side for me to feel anything. I also have to have clitoral stimulation to orgasm. My husband does use a vibrating cock ring if that is something you would be into trying. I also use different vibrators while having sex. I would suggest trying out different positions and maybe look into using toys if comfortable. I would also mention this to a doctor if you have tried different things and still have trouble feeling. I hope this is helpful to you.

I think this sounds similar to my wife, she wouldn't ever have been one for rough sex and unfortunately as time has gone on it's killed our sex life. We're now both mid 40's, 3 children between 10-15. Whatever you do, seek help. As much as absolutely adore my wife, I bounce between heartbroken and resentment for the death of intimacy through sex. Rationally I don't doubt she loves me but irrationality there's massive feelings of rejection.

Are you doing pelvic floor exercises? Post babies, I've found it makes a real difference.
