Just thought I’d share this . Yesterday I had an advertisement for dayuse.co.uk. Id not heard of them or anything like it before, but it looks really like a really good idea. You can book a nice, branded city centre hotel for day use only (8:30am - 5:00pm) and have access to the room and facilities some inc the leisure pool. This is at a discounted day rate.

Just thought it was a great idea when you have a busy house with kids, and you want some us time and you don’t need to find overnight child care. Maybe interesting to those who have FWB that don’t want to use their own houses or maybe just to say you’re going shopping as a knackered Mum or Dad and have a sneaky sleep lol

We’re going to give it a go when we can find a free Saturday maybe some Xmas “shopping” It helps, we are a bus ride out of the city!

Some smart London hotels do a 4 hour afternoon vacancy.
I am told by my friend.😊

A couple in St Andrews do too, not that I would know anything about that sort of behaviour.

Dammit, I have hired one for 4 hours next week for work.
I feel like I am missing out now...

lol, the reception staff won't believe that either 😆 everyone knows day rooms are for sex!

I wish it was...it's so I can lead a training event online for an hour in peace while travelling to that there southern England place....maybe I need to find someone to make use of the other three hours!

I booked one last week to photograph a model, it was good value and we got to use the pool and sauna afterwards 😀

We have done this. Highly recommended. School run in the morning, hotel stay during the day, then back for pick ups in the afternoon/evening.
