I want to share my story. 51 years old, perimenopause and have never had an orgasm. Ever. Faked plenty. Lost interest. I started HRT.
I bought a bullet and I finally have managed to climax.
Basically saying. Don't lose hope x

For those as OP says who are giving up on the idea; Having an orgasm really is very pleasant. (Lube may also be required).
From gentle and subtle to writhing and shouting. It now makes me feel more complete.
