Hello everyone!

My husband and I are about to embark on our first adventure into the swinger scene, and we're feeling a mix of nerves and excitement! We're looking for evening clubs in the South that are perfect for first-timers—somewhere classy and sophisticated with a fun, sexy vibe, but definitely not seedy. We want to relax, enjoy the atmosphere, and make our first experience memorable and enjoyable together. If you have any favorite spots or tips to share, we'd love to hear them! Thanks so much for helping us navigate this exciting new chapter!

Warm wishes,
Chloe

I’m in the south but I have no idea of any clubs. Just wanted to say good luck and I hope you enjoy yourselves, sounds very exciting!

Fab has a club reviews section, lists all the clubs by area so you can have a look on there and follow the links to the clubs site.

Hi Chloe,
me and my partner are also thinking of going to our first swinging club! It’s exciting but daunting!

@ChloeUK It depends where "in the south" you are. I know that there are a couple near Heathrow, a few in Kent, one in Surrey. I'm not sure of anywhere else. As a PP recommended have a look at Fabswingers, although it doesn't list them all.

Whatever club you decide on, make sure you set your limits, communicate with each other, and don't do anything that makes you feel uncomfortable. Most people realise that "no" is a complete sentence, but you do get those that won't...

And have fun! 😁

There are swingers clubs up and down the UK, with several options in England especially. My wife and I have visited clubs about 4 times a year for last three years. Especially themed nights where you can get to dress up e.g. pirates, halloween costumes, super heroes, foam party etc. I suggest you join fabswingers to find some of the locations and to read the club reviews section for insights on good nights, age profile of clubbers, club ambience etc. Like all things online, plenty of cranks there. But you can filter who can contact you and can block pesters. As a newbie couple depending on interests maybe the Saturdays couples and single women nights might be the best starting point. Only few single men allowed into most clubs on Saturday nights. Saying that, a woman is much safer from harrassment and unwanted attention walking around skimply dressed or fully naked in a swingers club rather than fully dressed in a typical night club or pub. Which is nuts if you think about it. In part due to the strict license conditions, zero tolerance to any bullshit and many clubs want to keep good reputation for business reasons. Bad news to management of a club travels fast on reviews. In terms of body confidence you will never be judged at a swingers club. You will see all sorts of body sizes exuding body confidence. As highlighted by others in the post, communication as a couple is key to enjoyable experiences in your journey.

Hello,
This isn't very helpful now but if you enjoy outdoor fun and games I can recommend Eureka's in the summer time. They have fields and woods and a swimming pool to frolic in.

If you want classy, you might want to look at something like a Killing Kittens event rather than FabSwingers. You can probably find something classy through FS, but it tends to attract every Tom, Dick and Dickless and the web environment can be a bit seedy.
